Bruning condemned the growth of "nanny government." "The fact is that a couple of years ago, he invited nanny government into the Attorney General's Office," Stenberg told the crowd.

ObamaCare's mandate oversteps Constitutional bounds
Minutes after Obamacare became law, I and 12 other state attorneys general filed a lawsuit challenging the law. The states simply cannot afford to carry the burden of this unconstitutional federal mandate.Congress overstepped its Constitutional bounds
when it required every American to purchase health insurance or face a penalty. Never before has Congress regulated a non-activity or penalized Americans for doing nothing. Simply put, this law is unconstitutional and financially unsustainable.
