Need more immigrants with brains or money to invest

We need to accept larger legal limits than today. We need not only more people, but more young people and more innovative job creators to help shoulder the load. To that end, we need to change the nature of those we allow into this country. Bluntly stated, we need to admit many more immigrants who create the most jobs and economic value, those with brains or money to invest (preferably both!), in lieu of those who merely happen to live next door or who are related to someone who is already here.
