Restore US jurisprudence to its Biblical presuppositions

My comprehensive objective is to restore American jurisprudence to its Biblical presuppositions and the Federal government to its Constitutional boundaries. The death penalty must be fully available to states and localities to deal with murderers and rapists.

Federal crime funding makes enforcement less accountable

The law enforcement responsibilities of government exist only because we as citizens delegate them to government. In the final analysis, we have to be stewards of how those responsibilities are exercised. The Crime Bill [of 1996 was] a dangerous threat to that chain of accountability, because he who pays the piper calls the tune. And with the Federal government funding local law enforcement authorities, it’s that much harder for local people to hold them accountable.

Crime should be handled locally, quickly and firmly

What the Federal government needs to do is not fund or regulate local law enforcement, it’s to get out of the way. So the people at the local community level can apprehend suspects, bring them to trial, & if they’re convicted, administer swift and sure justice, without external interference from the Federal government. That way, if you get a murderer or a rapist in your community, Uncle Sam can’t stop you from swiftly protecting that community, by the administration of the death penalty, if appropriate.

Feds should leave death penalty to states.
