Supports increased penalties for murder
Dear Speaker Thompson:Pursuant to the provisions of Section Fourteen, Article VII of the Constitution of West Virginia, I hereby disapprove and return Enrolled House Bill No. 2920.
The Bill repeals West Virginia Code 61-11-20, which makes the second conviction for petit larceny a felony punishable by one year in prison.

Truth-in-sentencing & mandatory life for 3rd strike
Please indicate which principles you support to address crime in Washington: - Support "truth in sentencing" for violent criminals so they serve their full sentences with no chance of parole.
- Require mandatory life sentences for
third-time, violent felons.
- Inform communities when a convicted sex offender moves into the community.
- Support laws requiring restitution to crime victims at the personal expense of the criminal.
