Some aspects of the Patriot Act go too far

Q: Do you think the Patriot Act harms civil liberties?

A: Oppose the sentence as stated but I do believe the sentence is too black and white. There are aspects to the Act that go too far and can be modified to accomplish the same security goals with better protection of civil liberties.
