Stricter rules for lawsuits, and against corporate officers

I favor a strict cap on punitive damages (pain and suffering), which will then be indexed to inflation. Punishments must now include license suspensions and revocations and jail time for egregious acts or clear negligence. Corporations must face possible bans on officers' participation (or liquidation) and voiding of patents or trademark rights or copyrights i.e. personal or corporate asset forfeiture.
