Drug benefit in Medicare, now

As Delaware’s Senator, he would diligently work to put an end to the stalemate in Washington over the creation of a prescription drug benefit as a part of Medicare. “This is a perfect example of what’s wrong in Washington,” said Clatworthy. “Everybody says that seniors need a prescription drug benefit, but when it’s time to make things happen, they let partisan politics get in the way of important progress. As a small businessman, I will say let’s sit down, work out our differences and pass something that will help the people.
