"The difference we have on medicinal marijuana is I want to make sure it's an FDA-approved medicinal marijuana," Brown said. Both said they do not support changing the law on recreational use of marijuana.
A: Well, it's gonna take time you know; you're dealing with a country that has had al ot of tribal leaders. They are basically living in the fifteenth century--not allowing women go to school if you went outside you'd be punished sometimes severely. Just by being there, we're trying to get a handle on the drug trade too. They're growing a lot of wheat and other types, which can stop in the dependence on the drug trade.
Vote on veto override of Section 88 of the FY2004 appropriations. The appropriation in House bill No. 4330 earamrks at least $99,925 for the "Latinos y Ninos" program which addresses the needs of Latino women in substance abuse recovery. The governor's veto message (No. 4365), said "I am vetoing this section because it unnecessarily earmarks the use of funds at the Department of Public Health."
