Expire tax advantages given to one American & not the rest
Q. What, if any, tax reforms are needed on the federal level?A. We must make investment tax credits for the investment into machinery, autos and trucks, buildings and most other capital outlays available to everyone willing to take risks.
The huge expense and unfair tax advantages given to one American and not the rest should expire.

Lower taxes on low earners; higher taxes on high earners
Bowlin indicates he would alter the tax structure as follows:- Slightly Decrease taxes for families with income Less than $25,000
- Maintain Status taxes for families with income $25,000-$75,000

Maintain Status taxes for families with income $75,000-$150,000
- Greatly Increase taxes for families with income Over $150,000
