Grow the economy using biomass, sun, and wind resources

[Asked about economic growth, Hubbell answered], "I think the best way to grow a state's economy is first of all start with your strengths," Hubbell said. "We have the fourth best wind in the country for producing energy. We have the 14th best sun for producing energy. We also have some of the world's biggest amount of biomass for ethanol and biodiesel and related products.
