Without a secure border, every state is a border state

We have to keep bad actors, like the drug cartels, out of our state. That starts with securing our country's southern border. I have been vocal about my support of Texas and Governor Abbott as they fight to secure our southern border and put pressure on the Biden administration to enforce our laws. I will continue to offer the assistance of the Oklahoma National Guard because we know that when we don't have a secure border, every state is a border state. Supports border protection; opposes sanctuary cities

Stitt said, "First off, I support President Trump. We've got to have strong borders in our state. Like the mayor said, we've got to know who's coming into our country. "But I do not believe in sanctuary cities. We have to be a state of laws. And as governor I will enforce laws. I will enforce the immigration laws. We will not have sanctuary cities.
