• Aid should be eliminated for any nation with documented human rights abuses.
• Kobach adds, "Aid should be denied to countries that consistently & frequently oppose U.S. foreign policy objectives, such as in voting against our positions in the United Nations."

  A: Yes. The U.S. should only participate in U.N. military operations when doing so is in the clear national interest of the U.S., and U.S. troops should remain under U.S. control.

• Should the United States lift the travel ban to Cuba?
  A: No.
