Chuck Baldwin on Gun Control

Constitution Party nominee for President; Reform Party nominee in several states

Strongly pro-life AND pro-gun rights

The agreement was so striking that one audience member suggested they “combine forces” and field one candidate. This led them to politely point out their differences. “I believe in strong regulatory agencies, and single-payer health care,” said Nader, who said thousands of Americans die each year because they don’t have health insurance. Baldwin explained he is strongly pro-life and pro-gun rights.

2nd Amendment protects our liberty! Go buy a gun!

The Second Amendment Protects Our Liberty! To help keep your family safe and your country free, go buy a gun.

The right to keep and bear arms may not properly be infringed upon or denied. Therefore, a Baldwin Administration will uphold the right of the citizens to keep and bear arms and will oppose attempts to prohibit ownership of guns by law-abiding citizens, and, further, will stand against all laws which would require the registration of guns or ammunition.

Member of Gun Owners of America, and the NRA

Besides Crossroad Baptist Church in Pensacola and the Constitution Party, the only organizations to which I belong are Gun Owners of America, and The National Rifle Association. I especially support GOA, as it is the only Second Amendment advocacy group that refuses to compromise for the sake of political correctness.

If I have a hobby, it would be hunting and freshwater fishing, although I don’t get to do either as much as I would like.

Unequivocal support for right to keep & bear arms

Among the many stands appearing in the party’s 39-page platform and totally supported by the candidate, one can find unequivocal support for both the right to life and the right to keep and bear arms.
