Some would argue that the ownership of guns increases crime in America, but during 2009, when the sale of guns and ammunition increased dramatically, the violent crime rate declined. If more guns lead to more crime, why didn't we see a huge jump in crime
in 2009? A gun is a piece of property. Law-abiding citizens should not have their rights infringed based on the preferences of someone else. I am opposed to "micro-stamping," national registration lists, and home gun lock requirements.
