Global minimum tax agreement is an incredibly big deal

We have a global minimum tax agreement. That's an incredibly big deal. It's something we've been working on for a long time. Instead of having this race to the bottom, where companies are moving to the countries that are offering the lowest tax rates and taking jobs out of the United States, we've now got a level playing field around the world.
