Legalize medical marijuana and hemp crop production

Q: What do you think about enforcing laws against drug use? Is drug use immoral?

A: OPPOSE - While one might argue that drug use is immoral, daily Americans push pills, alcohol, nicotine, and other additives into their precious systems. We must end the selective war on drugs campaign. I support the legalization of medical marijuana, including hemp crop production and development in New York State.

Return nonviolent offenders from prison to community

Just as urgent as marijuana legalization is the reinstatement of the present population of nonviolent offenders, whom the U.S. Justice Department states are the largest numbers in the inhumanely overpopulated U.S. prison system, back into the community with all the necessary resources available in order for them to reclaim and restore their lives.
