People have always taken from others and moved on to new environs when they have exhausted what they have. Finding new and less exploitive methods to mine, farm, forest and new environments where these resources exist, will continue to be a priority of government Living and resource space often go hand in hand. We must continue to explore environments outside of our own planet while we care for what we have.
