Death penalty unnecessary if punishment fits crime

Q: Do you agree with the VoteMatch topic, “Death Penalty”?

A: Every individual has the right to use deadly force as a last resort in self defense. Once violent aggressors are properly restrained, death isn’t necessary. I do believe that punishments should fit the crime... and that many violent criminals get out far too early.
