Decrease overall taxation of the wealthy

A: Agree. Taxation should be reduced for ALL citizens! I don’t even believe in a taxation system! Taxation needs to be converted to a voluntary fee for service, or voluntary contribution funding system. As a transition to the above systems, I would support a SMALL national sales tax similar to that proposed by: www.fairtax.org This is why I also support reducing out of control government spending.
