Federal government is bloated - require a balanced budget

America's biggest problem is a bloated over ambitious federal government. Cuts must be made in the size and cost of government at every level. Congress should pass and be required to live within a balanced budget. Deficit spending is an ultimate disaster for ourselves and future generations. The first role of government must be to protect our high standard of living with good jobs and a strong economy in a nation that secures its borders.
