Howard Mills on Budget & Economy

Supports line-item veto and balanced budget amendments

I believe that the federal government has grown too big and spends too much. I support the enactment of a constitutionally viable line-item veto, and an amendment to the United States Constitution requiring a balanced budget. In addition, I would target all forms of wasteful spending and return these funds to the taxpayers who paid for these programs in the first place.
