Recommit to the promise of the Social Security Act

Mills discussed the history of Social Security while calling on the Trump Administration to think twice when it comes to cuts stressing that right now is not the time to go backwards. "As we reflect on this important anniversary, I urge the administration in Washington to restore stability and reliability, dependability to the Social Security Administration and to recommit to the promise of the Social Security Act for the everlasting benefit of all Americans," said Gov. Mills.
