Zoltan Istvan on Homeland Security

Cut defense from 20% of budget to 11% & give it to R&D

Q: Do you agree or disagree with the statement, "Expand the military"?

A: Strongly Oppose. It's asinine we spend 20% of the Federal budget on defense, and only 2% on science and medical research. I suggest cutting the military to 11% of the Federal Budget, and increasing science and medical research to 11% also.
