A: Yes.
Q: Should the United States hold foreign states accountable for terrorists who operate in their country?
A: Yes.
Q: Should the United States expand its missile defense shield?
A: Yes.
A: This is the federal government's primary responsibility. We should spend whatever is necessary to protect this nation's sovereignty and security. At the same time, we should demand accountability from defense contractors, just as we would from any other entity that does business with the taxpayers.
