Expedite low-emission coal & oil alternatives

A: SUPPORT: All possible resources should be utilized to keep up with the demand for energy and lower the expense and costs involved. There are low-emission alternatives available using coal and oil that should be expedited to bring relief to all citizens. Many other alternatives are out there and must also be developed.

Develop ANWR urgently; construct new oil refineries

• Lighten restrictions to contractors and developers in the construction of oil refineries and processing plants.
• Reduce our dependency on foreign oil imports and move to resources available within our own borders.
• Expedite processing of alternative fuel resources, such as coal to liquid.
• Consider patent releases on alternative fuels and motors developed over the years.
• Resource Development - ANWR - Absolutely! Development of this incredible natural resource is urgently needed. The State of Alaska needs to be given control of this project and the land. The state constitution guarantees this right of its land to its citizens. Alaskans should be able to benefit from the development of its own land.
