Government Reform     Expansion of public power shrinks the citizen.     Declare a multi-year moratorium on new rules of any kind.

Health Care     HSAs work better than old-fashioned insurance plans.     Obamacare is an existential fiscal crisis; it must be undone.     Healthy Indiana: POWER = personal wellness & responsibility.     Medicare 2.0 for the sickest, and for middle and low income.

Homeland Security     WMD and National Debt, the two greatest dangers to America.     Defense spending must be reviewed for budget cuts.     Limit defense missions to the vital interests of our country.     Rampant waste in defense spending.

Immigration     Need more immigrants with brains or money to invest.

Social Security     Means testing for Social Security.     Raise the retirement age; replace COLA.

Tax Reform     Solemn duty to spend wisely when taking from free citizens.     Reform the income tax; raise tax rate if necessary.

Welfare & Poverty     Reform the Safety Net; we're not "entitled" to anything.     Replace welfare programs with negative income tax.
