Tom believes President Obama's disjointed and inconsistent foreign policy has made our nation and the world less safe, and has damaged American's standing in the world. Tom opposes involving America's brave military men and women in endless foreign wars and believes we must learn from the mistakes made during the Administrations of both Pres. Bush and Pres. Obama.
