Stop ObamaCare; stop Medicaid expansion; stop tyranny
We must commit ourselves toward the complete removal of ObamaCare. This law was rammed down the peoples throats using parliamentary tricks from Congress. Numerous projections show ObamaCare will cost much more than expected, that it will hit young
Americans hardest. Put very simply ObamaCare is an abject failure. It must be stopped, and attempts to stop it must be implemented at every opportunity.
Chris has fought against ObamaCare. He supported legislation requiring Mississippi agencies
not participate in the federal government scheme. He was lead counsel on behalf of several Mississippians to sue the federal government on the grounds that the individual mandate was unconstitutional. He has fought against federal attempts to force
Medicaid expansion onto our state. As your next United States Senator, Chris McDaniel will keep up the fight to eliminate the tyranny of ObamaCare and the attack on the middle class.

No constitutional authority for ObamaCare
Senator Chris McDaniel spoke about the legal theories behind Obamacare. McDaniel said he believes that the federal government does not have the constitutional authorities to mandate healthcare on the people.
