Eliminate mandate to buy insurance for the uninsured

The constituents in Oklahoma have serious concerns about the new healthcare plan and most of the heartburn arises from the demand to buy healthcare insurance or be penalized. The ire of the American public toward the healthcare plan should be directed at the insurance companies who are still raising rates and limiting choice with impunity. I would work to eliminate the mandate to buy insurance for the uninsured, & open up the states to competition from companies outside of the state. Extending coverage for young people up to age 26 on parent's plans
Creating accountability for unreasonable health insurance increases

Eliminating discrimination for children with pre-existing conditions
Assisting uninsured Americans with pre-existing conditions
Banning lifetime caps on coverage
Banning restrictive annual limits on coverage
Creating new and independent appeals processes
Promoting an increase in number of primary care practitioners
Prohibiting salary based discrimination
Providing aid to states for healthcare consumer information.
