Opposes Amendment 34; leave property lawsuits as-is

Q: Do you support Amendment 34, construction liability/property owner's rights?

A: I am opposed to Amendment 34 because it would drive up the number of lawsuits and the cost of housing. There is already a process in place for property owners to resolve conflicts with construction professionals.
