Can't replace family & church with government

Families existed before government, they are the core of a viable society. Trying to replace the family with government is a mistake. Local organizations should have the most control - Churches, charities then Local government. The higher up the ladder the less involvement government should be involved. Responsibility start at home not with a hand out. As the old saying goes teach them to fish and the eat for a lifetime, give them a fish and they eat for a day.
