Legislative Summary: SB374: AN ACT relating to cannabis; revising the medical conditions for which a person may obtain a registry identification card; authorizing the use of a marijuana infused product or product containing industrial hemp by a provider of health care or massage therapist on a patient or client.

Gov. Sandoval Veto message, 3/22/17:"[SB374] raises several questions regarding the use of medical and recreational marijuana. It is also imprudent to expand possible uses of recreational marijuana by allowing topical application of products containing marijuana and hemp by massage therapists and others," Sandoval wrote.
