Bring all the troops home

For far too many years our foreign policy has been to police the world. That needs to come to a swift end. We have too many problems in our own country to have some of the best and brightest Americans overseas building up other countries. We need to have a noninterventionist foreign policy. Bring all the troops home. This will save trillions of dollars and save the lives of thousands of American Servicemen.
