Jeff Landry on Principles & Values

High time for the Biden Administration to put America first

[On oil usage]: "Biden's war on energy is a war on America's poor and working-class," said Attorney General Landry. "It is high time the Biden Administration to put America first. Biden's environmental virtue-signaling is burdening American families and jeopardizing the safety and security of our homeland."

We are winning and we will get God back into this country

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry is vowing to fight for prayer in public schools, telling a friendly audience of several hundred people: "With your prayers, and an offense, we will get prayer back in public schools." His remarks came at the Louisiana Family Forum gala in Baton Rouge. "I just want you to know that we are winning, and we will get God back into this country," Landry said.

Member of the Tea Party movement.

Landry is a member the Tea Party movement

The Tea Party movement is a populist conservative social movement in the United States that emerged in 2009 through a series of locally and nationally coordinated protests. The protests were partially in response to several Federal laws: the stimulus package; te healthcare bill; and the TARP bailouts. The name `Tea Party` refers to the Boston Tea Party of 1773, the source of the phrase, `No Taxation Without Representation.`
