More money for prisons, but also for mental health

I would just say that law and order is foundational to having a society that is functioning. And safe streets, safe communities are one of those things that they should just be able to count on. So, yes, as governor, I would look to increase funding to the prison systems. But there's a lot of people that are being incarcerated have significant mental issues, like significant issues that are mental-health-related. And they need something different than just the prison system.
