A: ObamaCare should not have been a Federal issue; many states have set up their health care laws to cover the citizens of their States. Which has mandates etc. This should have been a State Issue not a federal issue. Now that it is law, a lot of unions have requested a waiver to get out of it. But the High Court will act on it and we will have to deal with the outcome when it happens.
