Cap the tax rate to all industry at 20%, permanently

Let's look at a few things, folks: High taxes and regulations = Jobs leaving the USA. Because of net job and manufacture base loss, wages tanked out. Now we are where we are! Bottom line: We did it to ourselves.

We need to cap the tax rate to all industry at 20%, permanently. Then, we need to tell all those businesses who took their jobs and fled the country; America wants you back! We need to tell them that they have five years to regroup their industry back into the USA.
