Cobb supports the following changes to defense spending levels:
• Greatly Decrease Funding: National missile defense
• Greatly Decrease Funding: Military hardware, Modernization of weaponry and equipment, and Research and development of new weapon
• Greatly Decrease Funding: Armed Forces personnel training, pay for active duty personnel, and Programs to improve troop retention rates
• Greatly Decrease Funding: Intelligence operations and Troop and equipment readiness

Greatly decrease all military funding
