Death penalty is a state issue

As an individual I am not opposed to the death penalty, but I truly believe this is a State issue. I also, however, believe that the death penalty system has gotten to the point where it is becoming not only impractical, but also economically unfeasible. Provide prison inmates with vocational skills

Support the use of the death penalty for federal crimes.
Support programs to provide prison inmates with vocational and job-related skills and job-placement assistance when released.
Support strict penalties for internet crime (e.g. hacking, identity theft, worms/viruses).
