The organization Your Candidates, Your Health provides a profile questionnaire to all candidates running for federal office. We excerpt some here, for the few Senate candidates who fill them out. The organization's description:
All candidates for Congress on the ballot in November 2012 will be invited to let voters know where they stand on health and research by filling out a brief questionnaire. Candidates in states where primaries have occurred are being invited to participate. Other candidates will be invited after each state's congressional primary occurs.
