A: I only support the death penalty where the courts are very careful about only convicting the guilty and applying the same standards equally. Most states do not fall into this category. There have been too many mistakes. I am not against the death penalty for very serious offenses. Some people continue to pose a danger when they are in prison, but I am against using it with the courts being the way they are now.
A: I am against victimless crimes. If I had it my way there would be far fewer laws. But for career criminals, burglars, robbers etc. who refuse to reform, I favor putting them in jail for a very long time. But I would be against plea bargaining. In other words the three strikes would be three convictions is a real trial. Murderers and Rapists should not get three chances, but they do not violate federal laws.
