Ratify anti-gender discrimination treaty

The Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) has yet to be ratified by the United States since President Carter signed it in 1977. It is a disgrace that the most progressive nation in the world is the only industrialized nation and one of twenty-one countries who have not ratified the treaty. 170 countries have done so and we absolutely must.
