Increase resources: children and teachers are first concern

A sound education system that provides the very best to every child should be the #1 goal of our nation, each state and each school district. Sometimes, I question the amount of power local school districts have. I am very concerned that certain schools and school districts do not seem to have the resources needed as children and their teachers should be our first concern.
