Carl McCall has never wavered from his absolute commitment to women's right to choose. End the delay and finally obtain a federal waiver to expand family planning coverage to thousands of women.
Other states have waivers, why not New York? Eliminate the barriers in public programs that discourage women from obtaining the full spectrum of health care services they need.
