Supports Sexual Orientation Non-Discrimination Act
Carl McCall has supported the enactment of Sexual Orientation Non-Discrimination Act (SONDA) which would amend the State's Human Rights Law, and ban discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, race, gender, and religion.

Equal pay for comparable work for women
We need a new commitment in this state to support women's success, at home, at work, and in the community. It is unacceptable that in the strongest democracy in the world, women are paid 73 cents for every dollar a man earns for the same job.
As Governor, I will make it a priority to finally get a pay equity law passed that ensures equal pay for comparable work in New York State.
