As Governor, I will invest in innovative industries like Biotech and renewable energy to grow the companies already in MA and to attract more.
I'll also provide incentives to attract new companies, with one major condition: if they get tax incentives from the state, they have to create jobs here. If they don't live up to their end of the bargain, they won't get a dime from the state.
