America First, with international cooperation

A: Support, with international cooperation. America's government must place the safety, freedom, and prosperity of the American people first. "America First" should mean American people first--not corporate profits first, and not America alone. Strong alliances, diplomacy, trade, and international cooperation can advance our interests and prevent conflict. However, American troops and taxpayers should never be committed simply because an international institution expects it. Cooperation must be voluntary, accountable, and rooted in clear mutual benefit.
