Withdraw from PNTR to force reforms in Communist China

Chuck believes that extending Permanent Normal Trade Relations (PNTR) with Communist China serves only to enrich American corporations that exploit Chinese labor while giving away American jobs. Chuck believes it is vital that we protect our industries from unfair competitors, especially those that seek higher profits through slave labor, environmental destruction, and illegal currency manipulations.
