Bring military & contractors home as soon as possible

As Colin Powell said "if you break it, you bought it." While I regret that our current administration chose this approach, the best we can hope to do is decrease the number of troops. If we focus on training the Iraqi police, and military to train themselves, we can get out of Iraq quickly. We need to bring our military, and private contractors, home as soon as possible.
