Fair Trade based on labor & environmental standards

Establish Fair Trade Policy. The trade agreements we negotiate must be fair to American workers. They must include labor and environmental standards that level the playing field. We cannot allow countries to have access to the American market if they're selling goods produced by child labor or in factories with inhumane working conditions.
